The Shawano Community Swim Club Stingrays (SCSC) is a non-profit organization which exists for kids who love the pool and want to learn about competitive swimming. SCSC offers opportunities for stroke improvement, developing swimming skills, physical fitness, learning what it means to be a team, and good sportsmanship. SCSC strives to make swimming a fun activity that gives each swimmer a chance to surpass their individual goals. SCSC teaches their members that commitment and hard work does pay off. There is no sitting on the bench or the sidelines in swimming. SCSC is organized exclusively for charitable, religious, educational and scientific purposes, including for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501 c (3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or corresponding section of any future federal tax code.
